Function as a host to people coming in to worship service, hand out bulletins, assist in finding a seat, and collect the offering.

Communion Setup

Help fill the communion cups on Saturday mornings before communion and set the trays out and prep bread plates before service and bring trays in after service.
When: First weekend of each month.

Communion Servers

Help pass out communion trays during the service.
When: One service, first weekend of each month.

Chair Setup

Help set up chairs, usually on Saturday mornings, for the week end service.
When: 1-1/2 hours Saturday, alternating months

Chair Removal

Help roll away the stacked chairs after the 2nd Sunday service.

Prayer Team

Pray for the prayer requests that come in each week from the bulletin, prayer booth, email, prayer hotline, and/or meet with others to pray before the weekend worship services.

First Responders Medical Team

To stabilize any person experiencing medical discomfort during services. (Must have state-issued medical license in an area acceptable to Hillside Community Church.)

Visitor Phoning & Response Team

Calling people each week, who had signed the bulletin communication card, to thank them for visiting and encouraging them to continue coming.

Parking Team

Assist Hillside attendees in arriving and departing campus.
When: Every other month on a Saturday evening or Sunday morning and for special events.

Shuttle Bus Drivers

Drive Hillside attendees to and from services on Sunday mornings. License and training required.
When: Periodically

Information Booth

Provide visitors with information materials about the church, sermon notebooks, and "getting into the game" packets, and provide forms to adults who want to sign up for events.
When: Alternating months.
