The men's ministry at Hillside is focused on helping men develop vital relationships with other men to become fully devoted followers of Christ and to make a difference in their world. With this in view, we provide opportunities for men to gather around areas of common interest to foster relationships with each other and encourage each other in their relationship with Christ.

Small Group Opportunities

Hillside men gather in small groups on various days to grow spiritually and make new friends:

Tuesdays at 7:00 a.m. at BC Cafe (Kick-Back Jack's, Foothill and Hermosa, R. Cucamonga) About 10-12 guys studying various Christian books and their application to our lives. Led by Harry Irwin.
Wednesdays at 6:30 a.m. at Iron Skillet (805 N. Euclid Ave, Ontario) About ten or twelve "Old Geezers" meet every Wednesday morning for breakfast, fellowship and then to study God's word together. We would be pleased to have you join us. Being an "Old Geezer" is not a requirement, but it helps. Led by Ken Craddick..
Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. here at Hillside, Room #18 (Lower Family Center, by the field) Come for worship, prayer, lesson and fellowship. This is an on-going weekly program available whenever you want to come. No books to buy. Just show up! All men ages 18-99 are welcome. Coffee and light refreshments served. Led by Glenn Rowan.

Men's Recreational Opportunities

Tennis: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Coordinated by Brad Buller

Softball: Year-round league. Coordinated by Brad Buller

Service Opportunities

Handyman Fix-It Day

With other handymen, assist single moms, widows, and handicapped by fixing things around the home they can't get done.
When: one Saturday morning every other month.

When: One Saturday morning every four months

With other guys, BBQ and serve hot dogs to the families who line up for groceries at the G.A.P. Food Bank.
