Series Description:

Trust God. It sounds simple. Yet it is often difficult to trust God with the important areas of our lives – our relationships, our future, our financial needs... Heart 2 Heart will begin this fall season with study of the book of Ruth. We, like Ruth, will learn that God cares about big issues and small daily struggles, continually reminding us that His power is more than enough for every situation we will face.

Then in October, H2H will partner with other HCC groups in a study of Rich Stearns’ book The Hole in Our Gospel. What if followers of Jesus looked beyond their own lives and worked to reclaim the world for God’s kingdom? What if we embraced the WHOLE gospel of loving God and loving our neighbors? This fresh look at the gospel will take you to a deeper understanding of your own faith and inspire you to do your part to demonstrate God’s love to a hurting world.

Thursdays. Beginning September 2, 2010

9:00 - 11:15 a.m. (fun and loving children's program available)

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. (dinner at 6:30 p.m.)

Both sessions meet at Hillside in the Family Center.
